Shipping and delivery

We ship frozen seafood across Australia in insulated packaging with gel packs to keep your order frozen in transit.

Order processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days. Remote areas may take longer. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Any free shipping threshold that applies is shown in the cart and at checkout.

Delivery issues

Please make sure someone can receive the parcel. If you are not home, follow the courier instructions left for you. Contact us within 48 hours if a parcel arrives damaged or thawed.
