Online store terms

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices and product availability without notice. Product images are for illustration; natural variation in size, colour and cut can occur.

Orders and payment

We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, an error in pricing, or limited stock. Payment is taken at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted.

Frozen goods

Our products are supplied frozen. Please store them at -18 degrees Celsius or below and follow the storage and preparation guidance on the packaging. Once thawed, do not refreeze unless the packaging says it is safe to do so.

Limitation of liability
